Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

We currently ship across India with primary focus on:

• Delhi NCR — Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Delhi (same-day / next-day).
• Tier-1 metros — Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad (48–72 hours via Snowman / Gati cold-chain).
• Other cities — on enquiry, subject to courier feasibility for frozen consignments.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Frozen items: 30 kg per dispatch (to maintain cold-chain efficiency in batch packaging).
• Ambient items: 10 kg per dispatch.
• Mixed orders: 30 kg combined, with at least 10 kg ambient and 20 kg frozen, or as agreed with sales.
• Spices & premixes: pack-size MOQ as per individual SKU.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Noida

• Free delivery on orders above ₹2,000 (within Noida city limits).
• Below ₹2,000: actual courier charges (Porter / Shadowfax) at cost.

3.2 Delhi NCR (Delhi, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram)

• Actual courier charges via Porter / Shadowfax / Snowman, billed at cost on the invoice.
• Indicative range: ₹150 – ₹600 per consignment depending on weight and distance.

3.3 Metro Cities (outside NCR)

• ₹35 per kg, minimum 30 kg.
• Batched in 30 kg packs to maintain cold-chain efficiency.

3.4 Cold-Chain Packaging Charge

• ₹800 per pack of up to 30 kg of frozen goods.
• Includes thermocol box, gel packs / dry ice, sealing tape and outer corrugated carton.

4. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are calculated from the time of dispatch (post payment realisation), excluding Sundays and public holidays. Adverse weather, courier strikes or other force-majeure events may extend timelines.

5. Cold-Chain Integrity

• Frozen consignments are blast-frozen at -40°C and dispatched directly from -18°C cold storage.
• Outbound packing uses thermocol insulation with gel packs (or dry ice for long-haul) calibrated to maintain < -10°C surface temperature for 24–48 hours of transit.
• Long-haul metro shipments move on reefer vehicles maintained at -18°C via our partners (Snowman Logistics, Gati Kausar).

6. Tracking

Tracking number / vehicle reference is shared on WhatsApp (+91 8800804580) within 2 hours of dispatch. For multi-day metro consignments, status updates are shared at pickup, hub-in, hub-out and out-for-delivery stages.

7. Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect every consignment at the time of delivery in front of the delivery person where possible. Capture photographs of any visible damage, leakage, thawing or short delivery. Damage / shortage claims are governed by the Refund & Return Policy and must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Storage Recommendations

• Move frozen consignments into your freezer (-18°C or below) within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Do not refreeze thawed product — consume or discard.
• Maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for batches in your cold storage to ensure consistent shelf life.

9. Couriers

Our regular cold-chain partners include Porter, Shadowfax, Gati, Snowman Logistics. The courier choice for a given consignment depends on destination, weight, and current SLA performance.

10. Self Pickup

Self pickup is available from our manufacturing facility at A-4, Ground & First Floor, Sector 68, Noida, by prior appointment with sales. Once handed over to your representative, cold-chain responsibility passes to the buyer.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, road closures, courier strikes, regulatory restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control. In such events we coordinate the next available dispatch slot at no extra cost.
